Five different lot types have been designed to accommodate a variety of
home sizes and styles:

Farmhouse Lots
Larger lots, approximately ½ acre in size

Village Lots
70' - 80' wide, deep lots with expansive front yards for larger homes

Hamlet Lots
70' - 80' wide, shallower lots with intimate front yards, the fabric of traditional villages

Cottage Lots
45' - 55' wide with alley access, often with the best views and closest proximity to formal green spaces

Attached Houses
Minimum of 18' wide with alley access, the homes create the distinctive feel of the Village and serve to frame special intersections and public spaces
