The Village at Tom's Creek represents a cooperative effort between the development company, Tom's Creek Investors, L.C., and the two building companies chosen as exclusive builders for the development:  Progress Street Builders, Inc., and Kraft Builders, Inc.

Development partners, managed by Joyce Graham, organized because they shared a desire to create a welcoming neighborhood that focused on scenic beauty, preservation of green space, and creation of a sense of neighborhood for homeowners.
